Dr. David Pérez Guaita

Ramon y Cajal Fellow at the University of Valencia Since 2021. He obtained his Ph.D. in chemistry in 2014 and then he performed a Post-doc at Monash University(2014-2019) and was a Marie Marie Skłodowska-curie fellow at TechnologicalUniversity Dublin (2019-2021). As a Principal Investigator, he has obtained >500K Eurosin funding from institutions in Spain, Ireland, Europe, Australia, and Asia. He has a track record in analytical chemistry specializing in chemometrics and vibrational-spectroscopic techniques, having published more than 70 articles (h-index=22) and 4 book chapters on the issue. He has also experience in translational research and is the named inventor of 2 patents. He has recently been the guest editor of the special issues in the journals “Chemometrics and Intelligent Laboratory Systems” and“Microchemical Journal” (Elsevier).
